By creating an account or using Opusdex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of your projects and any content you provide. You may only add repositories that you own or have explicit permission to showcase. Opusdex does not claim ownership over your work.
3. GitHub Integration & Data
Opusdex reads public repository metadata from the GitHub API — such as stars, forks, language breakdown, topics, and commit activity. We never store, copy, or access your source code. You are responsible for ensuring that the repositories you add are public or that you have authorization to share their metadata.
4. License to Display
By publishing a project on Opusdex, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the metadata and content you provide on your public project portfolio and related pages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Opusdex to host or share unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, to scrape or abuse the service, or to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
6. Privacy
We store only what is needed to operate the service: your account details, your profile, and the project metadata you provide. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opusdex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
